1., Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2., Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

The free information that is offered in our landing page (whether it is a downloadable PDF or VIDEO training, etc) will be received immediately after subscribing to our newsletter and the purchased information products will be delivered within 24 – 48 hours from the time of the purchase.

Most customers pay for our products in full, however some of them takes the split payment option.

We also offer products and services for monthly fees. In this case the customer always know that they are choosing a recurring billing option and they also know they can cancel this any time they choose, so there is no 12-24 months contract or anything like that. If they don’t find the education helpful and valuable or if they just no longer want to pay for the monthly ongoing education, they can cancel anytime without any cancellation fee of any kind.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy

Since we offer digital information products there is not a long waiting time for our products to be delivered like in case of physical goods and therefore there is no cancellation option. Once a customer decides to make a purchase, they are going to receive their order in 24 – 48 hours.

General Refund Rules

Generally our customers can only ask for a refund if they don’t get the exact information that was promised in the offer (sales video). What this means is that in our offers we carefully beak down the information our customers will get after their purchase and if the marketing education does not match to what they were promised they can get their money back. (We offer an eBook for example and in the sales video of that eBook, we show – chapter by chapter – what the customer will receive once they buy the eBook. If there is a missing chapter for example, they can get their money back.)

This is by the way never the case as we first create our products and then set the offer based on what the product contains. But if for some strange reason the customer thinks that the product he or she bought does not include the information he or she purchased, then after proving his or her case (showing us that some information he or she was promised is really missing), he or she can get their money back.

Our Refund Policy can differ in each individual offer and it is based on the nature of the offer. Each product has its own sales video where we explain everything about that product the customer should know before making a decision and buying our product. What this means in terms of refund is that we always mention in our offer if there is a possibility to get a refund. If we offer refund for the a particular product we state it in the sales video and the conditions of the refund are based on our General Rules mentioned above, if we don’t offer a refund on that particular product then obviously we say nothing about refunds.

We never offer refund on services. If our customers decides to purchase our service (for example Consulting), we don’t give their money back as somebody on the team actually takes the time to deliver the purchased service to the customer, which obviously cost money.

This strict Refund Policy is based on our previous experience with our market. We found that when we used to offer “unconditional” refund, some people tried to take advantage of us.
